Titanium dioxide is a polymorphic compound. There are three crystal forms of titanium dioxide in nature, namely rutile, anatase and plate titanium. Platy titanium dioxide is an extremely unstable crystal form, so it is used in some parts of the ink industry. There are two types of titanium dioxide that are usually used in the production of ink industry, namely rutile type and anatase type. Both of them are tetragonal crystal type. They have ideal application performance and are characterized by: not only stable physical and chemical properties , and the color is pure white, the particles are small, and the refractive index is high, but they are dispersed in the medium and can show strong hiding and tinting power, high gloss and good light resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance and hydrophobicity sex.
