Rutile chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide is a titanium dioxide specifically for chemical fibers that has been coated with aluminum silicon and ultrafinely pulverized. It is a professional rutile product produced using North American titanium technology. It is mainly used to eliminate fiber defects in the production process of chemical fibers. Suitable for gloss and transparency, that is, matting agent for chemical fibers, especially suitable for the production of polyamide fibers. Rutile type chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide has good uniform particle size and narrow particle size distribution, excellent dispersion performance and dispersion stability, strong covering power, high whiteness, and very few harmful impurities, which not only ensures extremely good use in chemical fiber production. Less secondary agglomeration occurs, which enables fiber products to have good whiteness and strength.
Product Usage:
Rutile type chemical fiber titanium dioxide is mainly recommended for the production of polyamide fiber (nylon, nylon), and can also be used for the production of polypropylene fiber (polypropylene), polyvinyl alcohol formaldehyde fiber (vinylon), etc.

Packaging, transportation and storage:
1. Rutile chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide is packed in polyethylene-lined and woven bags, with net weight of 25Kg, 500Kg, and 1000Kg per bag;
2. When transporting, loading and unloading, it is required to pack with care, and do not use hooks to prevent the packaging from breaking, and it is not suitable for open-top transportation;
3. Rutile type chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. It needs to be stacked with pillows to prevent moisture. It should not be stacked in the open.
